Chaplains

Talk with your chaplain or visit the nearest chapel on your installation, no matter your religious affiliation, to receive confidential counseling.

In addition to performing religious rites and services, chaplains are available for confidential counseling. Although they are not typically licensed counselors, they are prepared to discuss a variety of life concerns with Service members, including alcohol use and reasons why you may sometimes rely on alcohol to cope.
