As a Service member, be sure to check your Service’s specific policy on where you can seek help for concerns about alcohol. If you use an option not listed in your Service’s policy, you may not avoid punitive action under the UCMJ.

If you are worried about someone else’s alcohol use, visit www.al-anon.org for information and resources about how to support a friend, family member or colleague who is struggling with alcohol use.
